Atelier Francisco undertakes large-scale projects in the field of decorative painting.
Architects, decorators, and project owners trust us with their residential, commercial, and cultural heritage
projects. Our artisans perpetuate traditional expertise, combining rigor and mastery of ancestral
techniques while respecting technical constraints, aesthetic requirements, and deadlines.
Listening, teamwork and adaptability are the values that define Atelier Francisco. Our proven work
methods, from design to completion, allow us to handle all aspects of a project in France as well as
abroad.

Atelier Francisco masters various techniques ranging from traditional
to more contemporary decoration :
- Trompe-l'oeil,
- patinas,

- faux finishes (marbles, semi-precious stones, facing stones, wood, organic materials).

AURÉLIEN FRANCISCO
" The company bears my name, but three other people work alongside me. From the beginning, we wanted our approach to be based on two essential criteria : efficiency and smoothness. Alexandra, Olivier, Cédric, and I have the advantage of each possessing different profiles and areas of expertise, which allows us to maintain control over every stage of the projects we undertake. For our clients, as for us, this represents a considerable saving of time and energy. The four of us are very proud of this synergy.

Aurélien is a self-taught decorative painter. At the age of 15, he discovered decorative painting and practiced imitating materials. He founded his first house painting company at the age of 23 and continues to hone his skills in decorative painting.
At 17, he won the Best Apprentice of France competition, became the French Vice-Champion at the WorldSkills Competition at 21, and earned the title of Best Craftsman of France (RMC) at 24.
He met Olivier, Cédric, and Alexandra, with whom he would later found Atelier Francisco.
Spécialities : decorative painting, faux finishes, and customer relations.
ALEXANDRA VIEIRA PINHEIRO
Alexandra began her career as interior architect. Naturally creative and gifted in painting and drawing, she gradually grew a desire to work with her hands.
She then started a training as a decorative painter while learning for a year alongside a heritage restorer.
She continued her coursework with Aurélien during a work placement at his company.
Together, they laid the foundations of Atelier Francisco.
Specialties : architecture, color theory and harmony, restoration, decorative painting, gilding.
OLIVIER GAILLIÈGUE
The team's "most senior member", Olivier, had several lives. Starting his career as a mathematics teacher, he carried on with a career in banking during 20 years. Then, feeling he couldn’t learn anymore, he left finance and became an independent real estate agent.
Years later, Aurélien made some decorating work at his home. Enthralled by the painter's talent and then by Alexandra's, he decided to help both artists to flourish.
He’s committed to benefit the company of his past experiences.
Specialties : client relations, financial and legal management.
CÉDRIC CHEN KUANG PIAO
Specialized in management, Cédric oversees the day-to-day operations of the Atelier. His ten years of experience in France and abroad make him the group's logistics expert. On Olivier’s advice, whom he already knew, he also calls upon Aurélien for some work. Impressed by his expertise and young age, he follows his progress with interest and joins the team at the same time as Olivier.
Driven by the human adventure that the workshop represents, he contributes with his project management and organizational skills. Bilingual in English, he is also the primary contact for the Atelier's international customers.
Specialties : organizational and process optimization, management, administrative management, clients and suppliers’ relations.
