Strong of their past experience, Aurélien and Alexandra are committed to providing their clients with
a rigorous and efficient work methodology.
Their goal : to lower the stress associated with large-scale projects for their clients and to improve the
workshop' s overall efficiency. Roles are assigned based on each team member's strengths, and a
formal project specification document is established to ensure control over all interventions, from
design to completion.
THE WORKSHOP' S COMMITMENTS
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
Whether our clients already have a clear idea of their project or are seeking advice, the workshop is committed to respecting their vision.
On-site, a single decorative painting team is dedicated to each project, from start to finish.
RESPECT FOR CRAFTSMANSHIP:
In a world constantly seeking innovation, Atelier Francisco considers traditional decorative painting techniques as treasures to be preserved and passed on.
Each of our projects reflects a desire to showcase French legacy and expertise.
DEADLINE COMPLIANCE:
All our projects share the same starting point : the trust we build with our clients. From the initial quote to the final handover, we do everything possible to ensure that the agreed-upon deadlines are met.

THE METHODOLOGY
From the most basic to the most eccentric projects, all the creation are designed in collaboration between architects and decorators.
Our job is to make their visions possible in terms of techniques and budgets, but also to advise them through our expertise.
Whether starting from a simple inspirational image or precise drawings, our methodology is always :
PROJECT DEFINITION :
1. Project Scoping :
An initial meeting with our client to understand their intentions, a review of the drawings, budget, and deadlines.
2. Estimate :
An estimate or pricing, depending on the project's progress, is submitted to the client, along with a possible timeframe for completion.
3. Mock-up Approval :
After the scope validation, samples and/or mock-ups are created to refine colors, materials, and varnishes. This is an important research phase that allows us to anticipate potential issues during the work.
PROJECT EXCECUTION :
4. Final quote signature :
Once the project has been adjusted based on the various revisions, a final and detailed quote is sent to our clients for signature before work begins.
5. Preliminary checks :
Before we begin work, we conduct an essential site visit to inspect the surfaces we will be working on. Our work will only begin once this step is approved.
6. Installation and work :
For efficient, meticulous work carried out under optimal conditions, the workshop sets up a protected work area where we store our products. We also create all samples and method sheets for each design there.
7. Cleanup and final acceptance :
Once the project is completed, the site is cleaned, and the protective coverings are removed. We then conduct a final inspection with the client.
8. After work :
We maintain traceability for all our decorations, which allows us to intervene quickly for an improvement, a touch-up or even damage.
